Mailboxes have a standard size of 400 MB by default, but their capacity can be increased if by upgrading to a 2GB Premium mailbox.
Alternatively, you may opt for an Exchange mailbox, which have a capacity of 10GB. Please note: Mailboxes can not be upgraded directly to Exchange, the old mailbox will need to be removed before you upgrade. We recommend that you back up all mail locally, this way you may restore it at a later point.
Please note that, as part of our server house keeping, 400mb mailboxes that have not been checked for 100 days may be automatically deleted.
To order a larger capacity mailbox please contact the studio or submit a ticket. Additional capacity for the premium mailbox can be added at 2GB intervals once the initial addon is ordered.
